Yes, you read it right, this was my lunch…a glass of water. Well, I ate seared tuna and boiled eggs early (protein-rich diet) on and I was still full around noon. So for lunch, which I mean is anything I eat at noon, I only had water. Before my tuna and egg meal I went up the stairs, that’s my workout for the day. 🙁
I’m keeping myself fit because I’d really want to wear my dresses. 😀 And to be able post a photo of me wearing them! lol.
Another thing I do aside from eating lots of protein is I eat 5 hours before my projected time of sleep. 🙂 And yes, we need to sleep and relax, sleeping late confuses our system. ^_^
