i would like to believe i was a self-taught yogini, i learned doing it many years ago by watching videos + Oprah + reading books…it has been ages, though, since i have taken to my mat + i am really missing it. hopefully this will be the year i retrace my yoga roots. i would also love to join a formal lesson, i have found one nearby, by haven’t got the time to check it out yet….
